Rattan Bags And Where To Find Them For Cheap!

If you didn’t notice these bags poppin up everywhere last Spring and Summer, you certainly will this year!
These bags have some serious beach vibes and make a cute addition to your crossbody collection!
I am very fortunate to have a friend who went to Bali last year and bought me one from a street market for only $10 ! Have not seen that deal online (or at least I haven’t seen that deal and not been super suspicious) However, I rounded up some affordable finds for this upcoming Spring/Summer.
FAIR WARNING: It is rare to get one of these bags and it not reek of gasoline. I know, very strange. The smell fades eventually. SO I would suggest buying it a little earlier in the season and letting some time pass OR some tips I’ve read on the internet include throwing some dryer sheets inside, or leaving the bag outside to air out. The smell of mine faded in 2 weeks!

Anyway, my first great find was in-person at TJ Maxx! They had so many great options on display! Of course every TJ Maxx is different and stock is always changing, but I’d suggest going to check out what your local one has in stock! You can also shop TJ Maxx online- so I also linked ones I found that you can buy from their website below. I personally liked the ones in store better, but TBH they’re all super cute! Also I’m a freak and sniffed the ones in the store (crazy lady status) and they smelled fine! LOL. So that’s a bonus!

Only found two of these on TJ Maxx’s website, but they are also both $29.99! (Linked above)
My next suggestion would be to shop for these on Amazon! It’s nice because you get a lot of ratings so you’ll know what to expect! Also there’s a nice variety of shapes/designs on Amazon too! Prices range, but you can totally find bags under $30. The ones linked here are in that price range and have over 4 star ratings.

And last but certainly not least— I found the mother of all cheap rattan bags in the form of this awesome Etsy store called BaliPleasure ! They are the most affordable I’ve found, the store itself has a very high rating, and the variety is unbeatable! Looking at the prices, now I want a white one. And a black one. And a square one. And maybe I need an intervention but they’re all super cute!
