From 2017-2019, I WAS STRESSED. I was in my late twenties, and EVERYONE was getting married. It felt like once a week it was another “did you see Instagram today? So-and-so got engaged!” And while I was of course overjoyed for my friends, I also knew: there’s another hit to my bank account! I even got married myself in 2019, adding to my money woes even further!
And yes, weddings are wonderful occasions where people come together and celebrate love! But TBH even if you ‘re not even in the wedding party, being a wedding guest can be super expensive! Sometimes you have to travel (gas, flights, hotel room) and then you of course have to get them a nice gift! Maybe you’re invited to the bridal shower or the bachelorette party too, which is even MORE cash you’re shelling out all before these two even say “I do”.
Whenever and wherever you can save money, you’re going to want to! I think saving on your wedding guest dress is the EASIEST place to do this! There are soo many cute and quality places to shop for wedding guest dresses that won’t break the bank! This way you can look cute, and also not go broke ! A win-win.

Their prices are insane for the quality too! I wore a dress from here to a black tie wedding and only spent $40! Truly the mecca of affordable wedding guest dresses for more formal weddings!

Like originally priced at $170 and now selling for $42 dollars type of discounts! ASOS is the BEST because they’re so damn inclusive!! Their models are super diverse, they have sizing for everyone, and I love their edgy/cool style! They have TONS of inventory and a huge selection, and not everything is affordable, but you can very easily set your price limit and they have tons of affordable wedding guest dresses available at great prices! I set the price limit to under $55 when searching!
