Shoe Trend #1: Mesh
A mesh detail shoe is going to be the ultimate trendy girl shoe this season. If you’re wearing a pair of mesh shoes, I will automatically assume you know ball.

Shoe Trend #2: Woven
These are such spring and summer vibes. Bonus points if they are also a little see through (are we sensing a theme?). I love it for flats, heels, and sandals alike.

Shoe Trend #3: The Ballet Sneaker
Ok this one excites me because never in my lifetime has this been a thing? Comfy, sleek, sporty - I love the vibes. I am also hearing them called “Sneakarinas” and I’m still unsure if I love that or hate that.

Shoe Trend #4: Mary Jane Ballet Flats
Another ballet flat variant, and this is a great versatile one that you can dress up or down. Life was weird when ballet flats went out of style for a few years there, so I am happy they are back in so many different variations.

Shoe Trend #5: Cowboy Boots
This trend is really here for the long haul because the western aesthetic is still going strong. Whether you like a tall boot or a shorter boot, anything that is giving cowgirl will work for this trend.

Shoe Trend #6: Boat Shoes
If you went to college circa 2009 era then you may also be scarred by these. No, like literally, we walked around campus wearing them in for miles and got so many blister. But they are so back. And this time with a little more personality than the standard plain Sperry’s pair literally everyone was wearing.

Shoe Trend #7: Flip Flops
Yep just regular old flip flops. But especially if they have a little heel or platform sole and give early 2000s vibes. I love this trend because, well don’t we all own a pair? And if you don’t, this is an inexpensive trend to hop on.

Shoe Trend #8: Colorful Sneakers
Another sneaker trend is colorful sneakers. For a long time white and neutral sneakers were the trend, but now using your sneakers as a pop of color is the way to go. I love the colorways that Gola brand and Adidas have the most for this trend, but there are so many good ones out there.

Shoe Trend #9: Loafers
Loafers were the cool girl shoe of fall and winter and I don’t see that slowing down for spring. Styling them with fun crew socks is key to add some personality. Lace and frilly details or cutesy prints help bring some femininity to a more “menswear” style shoe.

Shoe Trend #10: Jelly Shoes
Another shoe that gives see-through vibes like the mesh and woven trends, but something you could wear out and about or poolside. A great spring break shoe that you can wear well into the summer.
